The operator of Bingify (the "Service," "we," "our," or "us") has established this Privacy Policy (the "Policy") in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other relevant laws and regulations regarding the handling of personal information of users (the "Users") who use the Service.
1. Definition
In this Policy, "Personal Information" means personal information as defined in Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, which is information about a living individual that can identify a specific individual by name, date of birth, or other descriptions contained in the information (including information that can be easily cross-referenced with other information to identify a specific individual) or that contains a personal identification code.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
- Account information (email address, username, etc.)
- Space creation data (space names, descriptions, various configuration information)
- Bingo card selections and interaction history
- Other information entered or posted by Users on the Service
2.2 Automatically Collected Information
- Usage data (access date and time, features used, operation history, etc.)
- Device information (browser type, version, OS, IP address, etc.)
- Information collected through cookies and similar technologies
2.3 Information Obtained from External Services
With User consent, the Service may obtain information from the following external services:
- YouTube: Channel information, subscription information, membership information, etc. (see "Use of YouTube API Services" below for details)
- Twitch: Channel information, follow information, subscription information, etc.
3. Purpose of Use
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- Provision, maintenance, improvement, and development of new features for the Service
- User authentication and account management
- User support and response to inquiries
- Analysis of Service usage and creation of statistical data
- Prevention of unauthorized use and security measures
- Response to violations of the Terms of Service
- Provision of information about the Service
- Other purposes incidental to the above purposes
4. Use of YouTube API Services
4.1 Explicit Statement
The Service uses YouTube API Services. By using the Service, Users are deemed to have agreed to the following:

Based on explicit User consent, the Service accesses the following data through YouTube API Services:
- YouTube channel information (channel ID, channel name, etc.)
- Channel subscription information (whether subscribed to specific channels)
- Channel membership information (whether a member of specific channels)
This information is used solely for providing Service functionality (such as gatekeeper features) and will not be used for any other purpose.
4.3 Revoking Access
Users may revoke the Service's access to their YouTube data at any time through the Google Security Settings page.
5. External Data Transmission (Third-Party Providers)
The Service uses the following external tools and services for Service provision, functionality improvement, and usage analysis, and User information is transmitted externally.
5.1 Google Analytics
- Provider: Google LLC
- Information transmitted: Cookies, access logs, usage data
- Purpose: Access analysis, Service improvement
- Details: Google Privacy Policy
5.2 Cloudflare Turnstile
- Provider: Cloudflare, Inc.
- Information transmitted: IP address, browser information, operation history
- Purpose: Bot prevention, security improvement

5.3 Supabase
- Provider: Supabase, Inc.
- Information transmitted: User data, content data, authentication information
- Purpose: Database management, authentication infrastructure provision

6. Sharing and Third-Party Provision of Information
We will not provide Users' personal information to third parties except in the following cases:
- When User consent has been obtained
- When required by law
- When necessary to protect the life, body, or property of an individual and it is difficult to obtain the User's consent
- When particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound development of children and it is difficult to obtain the User's consent
- When cooperation is necessary for a national agency, local government, or their commissioned parties to carry out legally prescribed affairs and obtaining the User's consent may interfere with the execution of such affairs
7. Data Storage and Security
- We appropriately manage Users' personal information and implement necessary and appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration, and leakage.
- We use Supabase for data storage and implement industry-standard security measures.
- However, we cannot guarantee that information transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
8. Real-Time Communication
The Service provides real-time synchronization functionality using WebSockets to update bingo cards in real-time among all connected Users. This includes temporary storage and transmission of game state data.
9. Data Retention Period
We retain User data only for the period necessary to provide the Service and achieve the purposes stated in this Policy. When a User deletes their account, we will delete the data within a reasonable period. However, this does not apply when retention is required by law or when necessary for dispute resolution.
10. User Rights
Based on the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other laws, Users have the following rights:
- Right to request disclosure of personal information
- Right to request correction, addition, or deletion of personal information
- Right to request suspension or deletion of use of personal information
- Right to request suspension of third-party provision of personal information

11. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us.
12. International Data Transfers
User information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries other than the User's country of residence (such as the United States). We will take appropriate protective measures in accordance with applicable laws.
13. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Service uses cookies and similar technologies to improve User convenience and enhance the Service. Users may refuse to accept cookies through their browser settings, but this may result in some Service functionality becoming unavailable.
14. Changes to This Policy
- We may change this Policy as necessary.
- The revised Policy shall become effective from the time it is posted on the Service.
- When making significant changes, we will notify Users through appropriate means such as announcements on the Service.
